A new collaboration in advanced fibre technologies and business development between Australia and Germany will kick off next week with a series of virtual expos launching on 30 September.
Europe’s leading cluster in carbon fibre reinforced materials, M.A.I. Carbon, together with Australia’s Advanced Fibre Cluster Geelong – and supported by Austrade – will begin the series with an overview of the respective markets for advanced fibre and composites. The webinars will include a showcase of exceptional businesses, research capabilities, and latest advances in carbon fibre and composites.
The events are designed to highlight the potential and direction of Australian, German and global markets. Participants will be able to gain market insights, identify new opportunities to collaborate and share knowledge between the two cluster communities.
Commencing September 30, the first event in this new web series provides an introductory overview. Subsequent events will focus on showcasing companies, carbon fibre production, additive manufacturing and recycling of carbon fibre composites.
