SUMMARY:TSSC-AU: An Inside Look at the Toyota Production System
DESCRIPTION:TSSC-AU was established in 2016 as a means for Toyota Australia to share our knowledge of the Toyota Production System (TPS) with targeted not-for-profit organisations and small businesses. TPS is our global system of problem-solving that is embedded at every level of the organisation. \n \nIt evolved from our long manufacturing experience and is grounded in a philosophy of continuous improvement and respect for people.  We work closely with selected organisations through workplace support and training workshops\, and share ideas to help our partners stay competitive and preserve jobs or support more people in need. \nThis session will cover: \n\n“Meet TSSC” – Brief history of TSSC\, origins of the Toyota Production System and overview of key concepts\nVideo presentation of recent TSSC partnerships – example of Not-for-profit and General Industry projects\nTSSC x General Industry case study – step-by-step example of a completed project activity\n\n  \nMORE INFO \nCurious to find out more?
